1. Bookings and Reservations
Booking Process: You can book tours with Excursion to India through our website, by calling +91 7818808819, or by emailing us at excursiontoindia@gmail.com. A booking is confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email from our team.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payments must be made through our approved and secure payment methods.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. However, once your booking is confirmed, the price will remain fixed unless there are government-imposed changes in taxes or fees.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing or via email. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund
Between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours before the tour date: No refund
2. Customer Responsibilities
Fitness and Participation: It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your group are medically and physically fit for the tour. Excursion to India is not responsible for any injury or harm arising from pre-existing health conditions or personal negligence.
Adherence to Instructions: Guests are expected to follow all instructions given by our tour guides to ensure safety and smooth coordination. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without eligibility for a refund.
